Refusal to Collect Email Addresses

1. The unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this website using email collection programs or other technical devices is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that violating this policy may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)

1. No one shall collect email addresses automatically using programs or other technical means from websites where the refusal of such collection is explicitly stated.

2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.

3. No one shall use email addresses collected, sold, or distributed in violation of Paragraphs 1 and 2 for sending information.

Article 65-2 (Penalties) A person who falls under any of the following categories shall be subject to a fine of up to 10 million KRW.

1. A person who violates Article 50(4) by engaging in unauthorized technical measures.

2. A person who violates Article 50(6) by transmitting commercial advertising information for profit.

3. A person who violates Article 50-2 by collecting, selling, distributing, or using email addresses for information transmission.
